How to make Kachki Fish Fillet

            Kachki Fish Fillet 

       
 *  Ingredients :
           Half a cup of Kachki fish, salt as needed, one tablespoon of lemon juice, two tablespoons of tempura powder, soybean oil as needed, 3-4 roasted dried chilies, a small amount of chopped coriander leaves, mustard oil as needed (for brushing the filling), 2 tablespoons of chopped onion, 3-4 roasted dried chilies.

*  Method :
       Clean the fish well. Rub it with salt and lemon juice. Mix the fish well with the tempura powder. Heat the oil in a pan. Drop the tempura-coated fish into the hot oil. Fry the fish well. When the fish is well fried, remove it. Drain the oil from the fish. Mix everything together with the fried dried chilies, coriander leaves, and mustard oil. Mix the fried fish with the onion, dried chilies, and mustard oil. Now serve with hot rice.
