Coconut Shell Ice Cream :
Your heart is yearning for cold food now. Because the heat is getting intense. For that, you can make ice cream at home.
Ingredients:
Whipped cream 1 cup, 1 egg white, about 2 cups of coconut shells, 1 cup of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of cornflour, half a cup of powdered milk, 3 tablespoons of icing sugar.
Method:
Beat the whipped cream in a bowl. Then mix the egg whites well with it and beat them. Then add all the remaining ingredients one by one and keep mixing gently. After adding everything well and mixing it well, when it becomes soft and smooth, put the whole mixture in a box and keep it in the deep freezer for 8-10 hours. Serve when it freezes.
