Fish tamarind soup recipe

* Ingredients :

          First, 9-10 desi chickpeas, a little more than half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, salt, 3-4 tablespoons of oil, whole white mustard seeds as needed, 1 or 2 whole dried chilies, 1 tablespoon of onion paste, half a cup of tamarind decoction, and sugar as needed.


* Method :

          Mix the fish well with turmeric and salt. Fry the fish in oil in a pan. Then you need to boil the whole mustard seeds and dry chilies in mustard oil. Fry them well with onion paste. Then add salt and turmeric powder. Now mix the tamarind decoction prepared earlier with water. Then fry them in a pan for a while. Then add the fish. Boil for 5-6 minutes and add sugar. This will make your favorite fish tamarind soup.
