     How to make green chili pickle 


             Some dishes can be made using green chili as the main ingredient.

     *   Ingredients:


250 grams of raw chili (must be large), half a cup of crushed garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of fenugreek, half a teaspoon of fennel, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of salt (if you don't add enough, the taste may be bad), juice of 1 lemon, 1 cup of mustard oil, half a teaspoon of panchforan, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 and a half tablespoons of mustard paste, half a teaspoon of sugar.

     *  Method :


Cut the large size chillies into long slices by removing the seeds from the middle. Mix them with 1 tablespoon of salt and a little turmeric powder and keep them in a sieve (to drain the water). Then in a dry pan, grind coriander, fenugreek and fennel together into a light powder. Then mix this spice powder with the chilli pieces. Then mix it with a sufficient amount of salt, lemon juice and turmeric powder. Heat mustard oil in a pan. Fry for five minutes, when the smell of frying comes out, add garlic. When it becomes a little soft, add mustard paste and vinegar. When the garlic is cooked, remove the pan from the stove. Pour the spicy chillies into this oil and stir well. Then cool it down and keep it in a sealed jar. Serve the delicious chilli pickle in the sun for two days.
